Our third & top floor is a stunning 10,000 SF venue space with a vast open floor, three outdoor terraces, conference rooms and breakout spaces, ideal for corporate wellness events, retreats, team building, presentations and meetings.

Timbre's event floor can accommodate up to 1,000 people for a seated event or gala.

Rental of the full floor (10,000 SF) starts at $7,000 for up to 10 hours. Additional production costs, catering, activities and vendor costs are priced separately. Please contact us through the form below to discuss pricing and specific requirements.

50% payment and signed contract is required to secure the space. The full balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

Timbre has secured parking spaces in the Union Wharf parking garage which is approximately 300 feet down the street from the building entrance. We also have valet service available.

Timbre partners with pre-approved caterers that we manage. You also have the option to bring in your own catering with Timbre approval.
